I love Milkshakes! This morning I've tried a new one, felled in love and want to share it with you!
Here is what you need:
- Yoghurt (I used Yoghurt with Vanilla flavour)
- Milk (I used Soy Milk today)
- Coconut Water/ Juice
- Strawberries
- Chia Seeds (here a little explaination about Chia Seeds)
And it's super easy to make:
Just put everything in the blender, mix it for 1 or 2 minutes and enjoy! :)
Have a great start in the week, only 4 more days and then: Weekend! ;)
